Terms & Conditions


1. Payment: 

a. Is by a monthly standing order. The subscription is based on a calendar month and guarantees you a place in a weekly class.

b. When the monthly subscription is changed, you will be given one month’s notice.

2. Class Cancellations/Unavailability​/Holidays:

a. In the event of a class having to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, illness or Debbie attending Continual Personal Development (CPD) etc, credits will be given if an alternative teacher cannot be found. These credits will expire after 12 weeks.

b. Debbie will take 4 weeks holiday/year, where no credits will be given.

c. We recommend non-attendance in the event of any infectious illness you may have. as Debbie has a duty of care to all clients.  However, notification is still needed, and as a courtesy to others please make sure you cancel on the booking system.

d. The booking system will give a credit for an alternative class if more than 24 hours’ notice is given. This credit will expire after 8 weeks. If there is less than 24 hours’ notice, no credit will be given.

e. Refunds for cancellations or missed classes will not be given. Credits will zero when standing orders cease.

3. Transfers:

a. Credits cannot be transferred to another party.

4. Personal Information:

a. Basic information is kept on all our clients in line with data protection, and you can be assured of our confidentiality.

b. Occasionally, we will ask you to refresh your personal details with up-to-date contact points and medical information. You are also encouraged to inform us of any changes, whether personal or medical.

5. Health Cautions:

a. It is always wise to consult your doctor before you take up an exercise regime. You should understand that, when participating in any exercise programme, there is a possibility of physical injury. If you perform any exercise, you agree that you do so at your own risk.
